Last night at Newport Harbor Yacht Club, the competitors of the Newport to Cabo International Yacht Race gathered for their mandatory checking, competitors meeting, and food, drinks and music hosted by the NHYC Race Committee. Announced was a Notice to Competitors which effectively extended the time limit to finish, to accommodate the possibility of light winds.
