Preparing for the Cabo Race<\/strong><\/p>\n

This course is designed to help Cabo racers prepare for the race and provide insight on how to sail smarter and make better decisions during the race. Don’t delegate – get involved! Figuring out the Cabo race course requires involvement and “buy-in” from all team members. Although the course topics might be considered to be in the domain of the navigator – this program is designed to improve communication and involvement between the nav station and the entire crew. Afterguard and other team members are encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n

CPR Training<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Additional safety training is not required, however it is heavily\u00a0encouraged. On March 2 from 10am-2pm, there will be an American Heart Association CPR Course here at NHYC for $60 (Lunch Provided!).<\/p>\n
